Bob Jr. has been with Ellis since 1997. His great-great grandfather, Wynn Edward Ellis, founded the company. “As the fifth generation of the company I want to carry on the successful traditions of our business, but also always challenge our people to be the best they can and to provide the best products and support possible to our customers. My vision is that we build a world class legacy business that will go on for another 100 years.”
As a degreed BSME engineer, Don Betts possesses over 30 years of experience in corporate management, industrial engineering, product design, equipment layout, project management, sales and more. With 22 of those years working exclusively at Ludell, Don has successfully managed an immeasurable number of projects, not only with equipment design, but also in communicating and ensuring compliance and specifications to all associated parties.

Mark Liberto has been in Engineering and Sales at Ludell since 1984. Along with his knowledge of laundry water systems and project management, he also brings previous experience in specialty heat exchangers, pressure vessel and boiler systems engineering, and energy management systems. With this experience, Mark understands the customer’s needs from initial design to final sale.

Working for Ludell since 2000, Greg Thorn has worn many hats and been involved in various rolls and departments throughout his tenure. Holding degrees in Mechanical Design and Industrial Engineering, he has gained extensive experience in the boiler, water heater and pump industries over his 30-year career. Greg is well versed in working with customers, sales representatives, contractors, vendors, and internal departments.
With over 30 years of corporate and financial management experience, David Arthur has encountered all aspects of accounting, finances, and human resources in his Controller position.
